Cooking Instruction from frozen:

Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to 350 degrees or medium heat with lid down, place burger on top rail for 15 minutes, then turn over burger for 15 more minutes, check middle of burger with a folk for medium or well-done desirer of burger. 

Stove Top: Preheat a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 15 minutes and turn over burger for 15 minutes or until burgers is fully cooked.

DO NOT COOK ON HIGH HEAT COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN TEMERATURE OF 160 DEGREE F / 71 DEGREE C.

ALWAYS WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER WHEN DEALING WITH RAW MEAT AND ALL UTENSILS.
