Homemade Mountain Burgers, Uncooked, Gluten-Free, Made with lean AAA Beef – KEEP FROZEN
Cooking Instruction from frozen:
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to 350°F or medium heat with lid down, place burger on top rail for 15 minutes, then turn over burger for 15 more minutes, check middle of burger with a fork for medium or well-done.
Stove Top: Preheat a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn over burger for another 15 minutes, or until the burger is fully cooked.
DO NOT COOK ON HIGH HEAT
COOK THOROUGHLY TO A TEMPERATURE OF 160°F / 71°C
ALWAYS WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER WHEN DEALING WITH RAW MEAT AND ALL UTENSILS
